A practical starting point

Know What to Improve Next.

Not sure whether you need better IT support, stronger security or a website that reflects your business? Start with a free technology review — a conversation about where you are and what would make the biggest difference.

01 — What the review is

A Conversation That Helps You Find a Direction.

You do not need an inventory of every device or a detailed technical specification. Tell us how your business works, where technology is causing friction and what you want to achieve.

We will discuss the current picture and identify sensible next steps. That may be a specific service, further assessment or a change you can plan with your existing provider.

We can discuss:

  • Day-to-day IT support and recurring problems
  • Concerns about security, access or backup
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace management
  • Website goals and enquiry journeys
  • Planned growth or changes to the business

02 — What to expect

Clearer Priorities. No Pressure to Replace Everything.

Space to Explain the Problem

Start with the business impact rather than trying to diagnose the technical cause yourself.

A View of the Next Step

We help distinguish an immediate issue from a wider requirement and discuss what further information may be needed.

Clear Boundaries

The review is an initial discussion, not a full technical audit, penetration test, compliance assessment or certification check. Any deeper work is scoped and agreed separately.

No Obligation to Buy

You decide whether to take the conversation further. Proposed services and costs are explained before any paid work starts.

03 — How it works

Three Simple Steps

  1. Send your details. Tell us a little about the business and what you want to discuss.
  2. Agree a time. We confirm the arrangements for the conversation.
  3. Discuss the next step. Review the priorities and any further work worth considering.

04 — Book your review

05 — FAQs

A Few Things to Know

Is the review really free?

Yes. There is no charge for the initial conversation and no obligation to buy a service. Any further paid work is agreed separately.

Will you need access to our systems?

Not for the initial discussion. If a later assessment needs access, the scope and arrangements are agreed first. Do not send passwords through the form.

Can we keep our existing provider?

Yes. Starting a conversation does not require you to change suppliers. Any later proposal can account for existing arrangements.

Is this suitable for an urgent support incident?

No. The review is a planning conversation. Existing customers should use their agreed support route for live incidents.

You Don’t Need All the Answers to Get Started.

Bring the questions, frustrations or plans. We’ll help make the next step clearer.
